The SHINARI MOTORS test ride programme is organised to allow our customers
to experience our vehicles safely under real riding conditions. All participants
are deemed to have accepted the following rules.

1. Participation Requirements

• The participant must hold a valid motorcycle driving licence in the appropriate category, such as A, A1 or A2.
• Participants in ATV test rides must hold the legally required driving licence.
• Participants must present a valid identification document.
• Persons under 18 years of age may not participate in a test ride.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances or medication that may impair riding ability will not be permitted to participate.

2. Safety Equipment

The following safety equipment must be used throughout the test ride:

• An approved motorcycle helmet
• Closed-toe footwear or motorcycle boots
• Long trousers
• Suitable upper-body clothing
• Gloves are recommended

SHINARI MOTORS reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone considered
unsuitable for the test ride on safety grounds.

3. Test Ride Procedure

• The test ride may only be conducted on the route designated by SHINARI MOTORS.
• All instructions given by authorised personnel must be followed.
• The duration of the test ride will be determined by the organiser.
• Wheelies, sudden acceleration, drifting, racing, stunts or any form of dangerous riding are strictly prohibited.
• All traffic laws and regulations must be followed without exception.
• Passengers are not permitted during the test ride.

4. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle may only be operated by the registered participant.
• The test vehicle may not be transferred to or operated by a third party.
• No adjustments, alterations or modifications may be made to the vehicle.
• In the event of a malfunction, fall or accident, use of the vehicle must be
  discontinued immediately and SHINARI MOTORS personnel must be informed without delay.

5. Liability

• The participant is personally responsible for any administrative or legal liability
  arising from a breach of traffic laws or regulations.
• Damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence will be assessed in
  accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
• SHINARI MOTORS reserves the right not to commence a test ride or to terminate it
  at any stage when deemed necessary.

6. Weather and Road Conditions

• A test ride may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions
  or road conditions that could compromise safety.
• Such decisions will be made exclusively by authorised SHINARI MOTORS personnel.

7. Personal Data

Personal information collected during the test ride process will be processed
in accordance with applicable legislation solely for the purposes of organising
the test ride, communicating with the customer and fulfilling legal obligations.

8. Photography and Video

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the test ride event.
Separate explicit consent will be obtained from the participant before any material
is used for promotional purposes.

9. General Provisions

• SHINARI MOTORS reserves the right to amend the test ride rules whenever considered necessary.
• Every participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these rules.
