Dealership Application Requirements
- The applicant may be an individual or a legal entity.
- All information and documents submitted during the application process must be accurate, current, and complete.
- Applications containing incomplete or inaccurate information may not be considered.
- Submitting an application does not automatically grant dealership rights.
- Dealers are expected to operate in accordance with SHINARI MOTOR’s brand identity and corporate standards.
- Compliance with SHINARI quality standards is essential throughout sales, service, and customer satisfaction processes.
- The dealer agrees to conduct its operations in a manner that protects the reputation of the brand.
- Approval of the application becomes final only after the dealership agreement to be signed separately by the parties enters into effect.
- SHINARI MOTOR reserves the right to amend its dealership policies and application criteria.
